If you do not have your Reg Key you will need to contact TransFirst.

Note: Debug mode should only be used with a TransFirst test account, it will not allow you to submit test transactions using your production (live) credentials. If you need to test TransFirst live, then we recommend creating a couple of ticket options (pricing options) with a low value and making a live payment. Then afterward, you can refund the funds.

2) Then login to your TransFirst merchant account and process the refund.

Is an SSL certificate needed for TransFirst?
