How to reorder tickets
Using the New Editor (enabled at Event Espresso > Default Settings > Activate Advanced Editor), the following steps will allow you to re-arrange the order of tickets. Please see the important note at the bottom of the page about how reordering only applies to visible tickets.
Go to the Available Tickets section of the event editor, and click Show Filters:
When the Filters panel appears, click Reorder Tickets:
When the Reorder Tickets panel opens, you'll be able to select the tickets and drag-and-drop them into a new order. When you are done reordering tickets the tickets click Submit to save your changes. You will be give an confirmation that the order was updated.
Important! You will only be able to reorder the tickets you see, or that are visible according to the filters you are using. If you expect to see other tickets, please check which filters are being applied:
