Send Login Credentials

After purchasing a support token or subscribing to our retainer service, please provide temporary login credentials for your website and/or hosting control panel so we can assist you.

Create Your Temporary Credentials

We recommend you can create your temporary login credentials ONE of two ways:

  • Using the Temporary Login Without Password plugin
  • Manually Creating an Account

Using the Temporary Login Without Password plugin

Download the Temporary Login Without Password plugin allows you to send someone temporary access without a password.

  • Go to your WordPress website dashboard
  • Navigate to Plugins > Add New. Note this can also be found in WordPress > Users > Temporary Logins.
  • Search for "Temporary Login Without Password"
  • Click "Install Now"
  • Click Activate
  • After you activate you will be taken to a screen to create your first temporary login.
  • Click "Create New". The email address and role are the most important required fields, while all other fields are optional.
  • Enter the Email Address: support@eventespresso.com
  • Select the Role: Administrator
  • Click "Submit"
  • Copy the temporary login link created.
  • Fill out our form to send login credentials.
  • Include the temporary link in the Message field.

Manually Creating an Account

You can create a new temporary user for us to access your website by going into WordPress > Users > Add New User. Here is an example of how to fill out that form to add a new user:

There the following information:

  • Username: eventespresso
  • Email: support@eventespresso.com
  • Role: Administrator
  • Click: "Add New

Once you create that user, please send us the password you created so we can try to login. Once we can login, we can investigate this issue for you.
