Ticket Options Missing

If you have created and published an event, but the Ticket Selector (the ticket pricing options section) is missing, then you may have activated a setting to hide the tickets for that event.

In the event editor, you'll find a meta box labeled "Event Registration Options" with a setting called "Display Ticket Selector."

  • To show tickets to website visitors, set "Display Ticket Selector" to Yes.
  • To hide tickets from website visitors, set "Display Ticket Selector" to No.

This setting controls whether or not tickets are visible to visitors for each event.
